      Benefits, hours, ownership allows top performing employees to walk instead of addressing systemic issues. "Values" are only for employees to follow.

      Pros

      The ownership does an excellent job building leaders and teams. When I worked there, two dealerships were all that we had. Out of those two stores, there were so many leaders and managers. It was a great time.

      Nothing. I enjoyed my time here.
