Pros

Easy enough job , all back door work.

Cons

Pay your drivers a better rate of pay then you won't be 30+ drivers short all the time ,transport expect you to do 15 and 13 hour days all week people would do it if they were paid better.

Pros

Good kit and very easy job as mainly backdoor tip so plenty of time to read. There is plenty of variety, and you get to see most of the country.

Cons

You will be pushed to work to your maximum all the time. Although most of the office staff are alright they will try their luck with trying to get you to do extra shifts. If you have a holiday booked take an extra day off at the beginning to ensure you make flight. Disparity in wages as trampers paid less.

Pros

Great support by all office staff and good driver training staff also well looked after by defect’s team, sadly I found this company late in life, but enjoyed every minute I worked there

Cons

Hours can be long, but job easy enough, so hours is the only option for here
