Not up to date. Their 1st way of storing everything is paper trail. Things get lost or missing in that trail all the time. They don't listen when people complain and then blame it on their employees. Not the owners.
The owners are bullies. They will battle you every step of the way. Overly micro-manages everyone. Will not allow you to be smart at your task, under-minds your capabilities. No room for growth.
