      Pros

      Reedy Corp is a great company to work for but you have to be willing to adapt to constant change/improvements. Your input/ideas towards helping the company continually become better are greatly rewarded. You get feedback from your superiors several times throughout the year so you know where you are excelling and where you need improvement. You create a plan of what you will be working on each day to keep yourself organized and on track but again you have to be able to adapt to any interruptions or needs that arise with your coworkers and superiors on a daily basis. Seeing what you can accomplish each day is personally rewarding.

      Cons

      The hardest part of the job is having to rely on others to meet their deadlines so that you can meet yours. Having to remind others to complete their tasks becomes tedious. Communication/response time also has the tendency to be lacking among co-workers; it seems that not everyone has the same work ethic so, again, adaption, to patience or persistence, is key. These traits seem to be common of any workplace though so you have to determine if the pros outweigh the cons.
