Serious concerns around workplace professionalism and boundaries. I experienced being personally targeted by another employee, including having my personal social media and private information shared within the workplace, including with management, who did not intervene. This information was independently obtained and shared without my consent or direct connection. Leadership also engaged in gossip instead of providing direct feedback or addressing issues appropriately. There was a heavy gossip culture and a lack of appropriate leadership addressing inappropriate behavior and bullying directly.

Health Insurance coverage isn't great and some times go through with half baked ideas that impact many teams without a clear outcome they're hoping for.
