The pay is based on how many calls you make in order to get an appt which any experience B2B Phone Pro know One of the number #1 Obstacles is getting the Decision maker to speak with on your 1st call to them especially is your asking for the owner so the more places you call there not there to speak with the less they pay you once you get an appointment

They are offering a full time position for 3$/hour !!! 3$ !! They are based in US and they get paid very well from their customers, they hire people from overseas to save money they don't pay your taxes and they don't offer health insurance, which is totally fine but 3$/ hour is actually a slavery wage especially when it's offered by a US based company. Don't even think about applying for a job with them.

I can tell you from my experience of over 30 years as a commission salesman this is the best job i have ever had i was in the supply end for the construction trade for 25 years and with one company for 17 years when the Recession/depreciation hit in 2008 and the seen the company were i had spent 17 years of my life traveling all over North America to build my book of business was gone over night and it left me at 45 years old trying to figure what to do ?? But thank God i found Referrizer 2 months ago i quickly moved up the ranks and have found a true home here and have a new found passion for a product and a company that i can finish my sales career with and build a residual income that will be able to allow me to retire comfortably with over 10K per mo and that's being very conservative in my estimates in the next 36 months all i can say if you are a true professional with good people and phone skills you will find nothing better than Referrizer

Cons

As i seen some one state above this is not a place to start your career but a place for truly polished and honed professionals to take there talents and put them to good use and achieve the goals we all dreamed of when we started doing sales. so only supper stars should apply and consider this position
