      Going downhill… fast!

      Pros

      Amazing scientific equipment/products. Only a few, but some excellent colleagues are present…

      Cons

      3 CEO’s in short space of time - often making very poor decisions. Pointless re-structures of teams… (again!!) - leading to serious uncertainty.. Last 12 months, was a toxic environment to work in. So many valuable, expert, knowledgeable individuals left. Senior management do not understand the value of certain people / departments Company seems to be in a rush to become more American-ised… as in the volume of sales is far more important than existing customers Very poor work/life balance.

      Pros

      Used to be a great company There is still some good people around Weekly doughnuts, great coffee and occasional food van events

      Cons

      Valuable people are leaving the company Restructures and bad management in general. A lot of people shouting to each other and stressing HR gets involved in to the drama time to time. I don't see any future for myself in this place

      Pros

      There are some very intelligent and decent people working at Refeyn but a lot have left over the past 12 months. Offices and labs are great.

      Cons

      Blame culture is immense. I know people are frightened of being creative and using their initiative. People team are under qualified and out of their depth here. Barely on site too. Any prospective new starters should question huge staff turnover. Morale is low.
