Pros
The pay is pretty good, but should be more than it is for the amount of work completed. We work for the refineries and do more than an operator but get paid less. Still better than any other fire department locally though.
Cons
Allot, the company cares more about making money then their employees. They will fire anyone for anything without a second thought. They say that they are the best and have the best equipment but in all reality the equipment is out of service more than it is in service. Things are reported as broke but left that way to save a dime. Things will continue to go downhill till someone is killed or badly hurt before they will open their eyes, and if it wasn't for the fine that they will receive due to the incident I highly doubt they would care.
