Pros
- Not bad working hours; - Interesting industry; - Some people supportive;
Cons
- Static place where you won't get any career progression or wage improvement. You will be pretty much stuck with your initial base pay. Company makes annual salary review and increases it by small percent to cover the inflation only. Don't expect anything else even if your work lead to good business improvement. - Office environment not really comfortable (noise, temperature, often difficult to concentrate). - As everywhere I guess there are also some annoying people too.
