may pay better than competitors but it depends on the profile

Terrible management , instead of assisting the engineers they're making it even worse for them .. unlike other companies you only receive the salary and the 14th month , dont expect any other benefits : medical assurance , restaurant tickets...

Everything is mid nothing special

Cons

No proper onboarding process was provided. After more than three months, my contract was still not finalized. When I left, no official documents were given to me. I had to follow up several times a day in order to receive my payment. The HR team showed a lack of seriousness while important employee matters (contracts and administrative follow-ups) were delayed or ignored. Unfortunately, this situation does not concern only me; several employees have experienced the same issues and left for the same reasons. I believe this reflects serious problems in the management and HR processes
