I get to work on my own terms, I'm not here to bad mouth the company but I really do think there should be a system in place where things are done in a faster manner, I have been with Reflik fulltime for a month with 30 submissions-

Cons

Reflik managers take a while to respond to submissions, clients take forever to review candidates submitted

Seemingly opportunities to make placements. Nice people.

Cons

After spending months of valuable time and making lots of submissions, have still not made a placement. No feedback given about the other recruiters. So it’s very demotivating.
