I have worked with Refonte for more than 1 year. Had a very good experience, as it was my first company. The training that I got, and the work culture was good.

One thing is good.... The tea they provide is edible.
Cons
A million things bad.... -They treat u like a sweat shop worker. -Nice business for psychiatrist in Mangalore...We naturally end up there because of the stress. -Fake promise made that the company has overseas branches. -Your income is stable literally......!!!!There no increment of any nature.... So much more can be told....Bottom line is... BEWARE OF REFONTE.
