most other clinicians show great dedication to their clients and are very knowledgable. Direct supervisors are often supportive and kind.

Cons

owner is erratic, aggressive, reactive, unprofessional and creates a hostile and anxiety filled work environment.

The clients are diverse, because refresh's model is built on making money off the diversity of NYC.

Cons

This practice is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I know previous employees including myself would sue them and drag them into court if we had more money. Which we dont because practices like Refresh exploit LMSW therapists, mistreat them and take advantage of the fact that they are early in their career. Cant agree more with other reviews about the terrible nature of the owner and COO, yikes.
