Pros
RFX is a great company to work for. You don't have to work there very long to feel like part of the family. The benefits were pretty good when I started working for them and they continued to look for ways to improve them. Along with the typical benefits you'll also enjoy various celebrations. Employees birthdays, pregnancies, engagements, etc. are always celebrated along with multiple holidays. The work is hard but the people make it worth it.
Cons
About the only con is the salary. They don't pay horribly, but they don't pay great, either. They do, however, give yearly reviews and I don't know of anyone who didn't receive any salary increase at all. The amount depends on your review.
