      Pros

      Nothing more than a lot of selfish people. Administration and management are filled with a lot of family members of the owners.

      Cons

      No job security. you can be sent home at any moment without no rights.

      Flexibility with hours Multiple departments to work in Good benefits

      Cons

      Can be very overwhelming and demeaning. Not all departments are run properly. If you're not one of "them" prepare to be treated differently. Extremely poor training, unless you're one of "them" then you get special one on one training for much longer than others. High expectations with little regard for the employees.
