Pros

I had an amazing team, really nice managers, and healthy work environment + healthy work/life balance. I learnt a lot and despite it being a really demanding role in a very busy part of London, I still look back on it very positively. I would love to work for Refuge again in the future.

Cons

Pay could definitely be better.

Pros

Refuge is a great organisation to work for. The role is so rewarding and the management put their trust in you to be free to manage your own timetable and this allows you to be creative in your role. They are really supportive and understanding and the team are amazing. I will really miss this job.

Cons

Just quite far for me to travel but that is nobody's fault.
