      The Executive Assistant position at RegScale consist of assisting four Executives, Managing the Office, Personal Assistance, and Human Resources. The CEO was emailing me tasks to do for him a week before I started. I found out there were two assistants prior to me arriving. The CEO does not give you anytime to become familiar with the Executives before he has you doing administration for the entire office. The CEO is also an extreme micromanager.

      My experience at RegScale was largely positive, marked by intellectually stimulating problems and engaging work. The dynamic startup setting fostered an exciting environment for tackling complex technical hurdles alongside a skilled team.

      Cons

      The company’s culture has unfortunately shifted toward a more competitive and unforgiving atmosphere, driven in part by intense competition from companies like Paramify, Drata, and others. As a result, the environment can feel increasingly high-pressure and unstable. I would not recommend the company to someone supporting a family; it is better suited for a Type-A, risk-tolerant individual looking for a challenge.
