      A lot of chance to experience different tasks, jobs are very secure, reasonable benefit comparing to other industries

      Cons

      To many procedures and controls, and too much controls which kill innovation and flexibility to change. Compensation scheme is not attractive comparing with other hotels in Hong Kong.

      Work Location is convenient, near MTR Station Free canteen meal with mouse and cockroaches

      Cons

      1. Lack of Company Benefits 2. Work with middle-aged, toxic, mean, rude, emotional, and disrespectful manager 3. F&B team always expect us to launch their promotion on time but always send out their promotion details to us for execution at last minute... 4. Always being blamed by manager on unnecessary issue which is unreasonable (saying we left the office early but it's actually already 6:40pm)
