Pros

None, I would not recommend Regal, employees are not respected nor valued.

Cons

Regal is a small time outfit that does not value it's employees. The MO at Regal is CYA and don't ask too many questions.

Pros

leaving at the end of the day

Cons

everything. they continue to reduce employee benefits and take away paid holidays. human resources dept is a one man show. benefits they do offer are horrible at best. no training what-so-ever. management is horrible. owners of the company are greedy, spineless and selfish. they do not value or respect their employees. they pay the least possible, raises come about once ever 3-5 years. everyone gossips about everyone there. you cant trust anyone. they have a so called "black out" period of about 4 months a year you are not allowed to take time off during this time for any reason. management is poor. no advancement opportunities at all. management shows too much favoritism, they are not fair. they do not address the important issues but they do nit pick. I would never recommend this work place to my worst enemy. its really horrible.

Not a good place to work.

Pros

1 hour lunch. Paid weekly.

Cons

Terrible place to work. Prior to the initial interview, I had to wait 30 minutes in a dirty shack. HR told me that hours were 7am to 4 pm. True if you are hourly. Try 11 hours a day and almost every Saturday. Would have been nice to know this during the initial interview. On the first day, the Warehouse Manager put me on a forklift unloading trailers. Not a bad job if I was a hourly employee. Provided little if no direction in the daily operation. I made one mistake during my probation period and was told one more mistake and I would be terminated. Daily communication with management was terrible. Had to ask fellow supervisors on a daily basis where I was working the next day. Company does not have an effective Safety Program. Forklift operators are not required to wear safety belts and employees are lifted up on the Forklift forks to inventroy items in racks ( including the Warehouse Manager). Not a safe place to work.
