1. Good upper management. 2. Reasonable and dependable. 3. Accommodating 4. Pay is PWM, so it's alright.

Cons

The only con so far, is that pay is a bit late from time to time. Only by one or two days, but that's why I took one star out.

Someone who doesn't know anything will tell you how to do your job. Promotions galore! (seemingly at random) Work from home! (if you're in Vancouver or one of God's chosen) Opinions are valued! (when you mentioned them they were ignored until regurgitated by a manager)

Cons

The expectation of 24.7 availability, the "do as I say not as I do" attitude of management.
