The agency has some good clients and there are some very smart people working at Regan.

Cons

I can't stress enough how poorly run this agency is, it's a mess and is stuck in the '80s. The environment is TOXIC!!!! It's straight out of a nightmare. The pay is horrible and the expectation to serve a million accounts at once is unacceptable. The turnover rate is high for a very good reason.

Pros

Scheduling flexibility was helpful, some people who work there are competent and honest, clients are good (for now), can make some good connections

Cons

A total disconnect between people who do the work and people who tell you to do the work, no recognition for good work, only when you fail, no feeling of support from co-workers, no structure to basically anything, no privacy when it comes to work life.
