      Pros

      Wallingford office convenient and good location.

      Cons

      Management is not existent. Very sneaky. Does not like confrontation. Likes sending emails to let you know you've been let go. Listens to the wrong lower management. Loves conflict in the office. Trusts the wrong people. Lost a lot of good people because of their underhandedness. Would not refer them to any customers or future employees.

      Office location - the Wallingford office park is pleasant and near several good restaurants.

      Cons

      Top-down micromanagement of all employees "Institutional paranoia" from the owners Managers interested in building little empires instead of getting customers' work done SOWs written in such vague terms that a) customers don't get what they need done b) time can be billed for "anything" c) progress cannot be shown, so consultants become ineligible for any form of bonus
