Pros

There are a few decent people here, most of upper management are just a part of the problem though.

Cons

Every negative review I read before joining turned out to be true. The biggest issue is leadership. Both the CEO and President are heavily involved in decisions while routinely ignoring the expertise of the people they hire. Priorities change constantly, accountability is nonexistent, and disagreement is often treated as a problem rather than feedback. Much of the workplace drama was driven from the top down. It was difficult to take professionalism seriously when leadership regularly engaged in the same gossip, personal conflicts, and behind-the-scenes discussions that they should have been preventing. Employees simply trying to do their jobs often found themselves caught in the middle of unnecessary politics. Raises are virtually nonexistent. Meanwhile, responsibilities continue to grow. I joined a marketing department that was significantly larger than the one I left. As employees resigned or were terminated, their work was simply handed to whoever remained. By the end, I was supporting multiple companies and brands while doing the work that had previously been handled by an entire department. With no raise. Turnover is absurd. Employees leave constantly, yet leadership never seems interested in addressing the reasons why. The solution is always the same: pile more work onto the people who haven’t quit yet. The ethical concerns were ultimately what pushed me out. There were too many situations where I felt uncomfortable with leadership decisions, employee treatment, and the overall culture being created. Speaking honestly never felt worth the risk. I found another position the first chance I could. I know the job market is tough, but I’ve had multiple employees tell me they called their recruiter to yell at them for placing them here. This job is NOT worth it.
