Pros are very limited. The colors are nice! That’s the only thing I could think of.

It’s sounds cliche but literally everything about this company is comical. Tyler Barrett the CEO is a joke. He has no idea how to run a company or treat people. He wants everyone to have his back but will never have yours. Do not fall for the commission structure either he will choose weather or not you get paid or not and will laugh about it. He has done countless people so wrong without any remorse. This man plays with peoples lives and laughs about it with his fiends that are also senior management. So if for some reason you do take this job do not trust anything or anyone .

Where do I start? Every aspect of this company is a joke. CEO Tyler has no clue what he's doing, and it shows in how this situation with their lawsuit against CMS is playing out. Don't let them fool you - this company is on its way down and all they want is a few people to use to make them some quick bucks before they finally go completely under. No room for advancement; in fact, if you even so much as ask about working in a different area of the company they will happily fire you for it. It's basically just a group of rich frat guys who are using people that genuinely need work to make them more millions. They don't care if they're messing with people's livelihoods, and in fact they joke about it. They don't even have an HR department. Please do yourself a favor and don't have anything to do with this company.

No one there had a science degree. Very sketchy place to work

Other Lab Techs were very nice to work with The facility was very high quality. A lot of good lab equipment that they didn't understand how to use.

Cons

Bad pay very sketchy environment. The only Scientist with a Ph.D. quit while I was there because they were breaking the law. Constantly bending the rules They sell products with different concentrations and are constantly breaking the rules. As a lab tech, you can go to jail for violating the FDA regulations, not management they know that and ask you do to the work anyway.
