Benefits are free if you're a single person, cubicle space is good, Friday hours are nice but only for salaried employees

Cons

Executive management unsupportive, lots of high school clique behavior, rumor mill runs wild, coworkers unsupportive of one another, no training despite constant promotions, sticklers for time entry to hourly employees but let salaried employees do whatever they want

Treats staff very poorly, makes rash decisions. Rather fire someone then train them.

Centrally located. Everything is close by. Work done is personally rewarding. You get to meet a lot of different people.

Cons

Unrealistic Upper management expectations. Hybrid work is a bargaining chip for management. Will be held hostage at times.
