$1 hot dogs, free movies(Mon-Thurs), good hours if that manager favorites you.

Cons

You don't get any hours if they don't favorite you. They ask you to do 5 thousand things at once and to have it done in 5-10 minutes. One of the lazy supervisors will pass my a big pile of popcorn and instead of sweeping it herself she'll ask someone that's already doing something to sweep it up. I honestly don't know how she became a supervisor. The manager that provides favoritism to some of the employees is fake and pretends that she cares but in the end she talks bad about you to other employees This whole theatre is a mess....

-New learning opportunities -Experience in a fast paced environment

Cons

-Sexual harassment claims ignored -Often not helpful District Managers with little care for their jobs -Culture focused on making money at expense of others -No benefits for Assistant Managers, limited them to part time status to avoid providing healthcare -Incentives for frontline employees are almost non-existant, free movies limited to Mon-Thurs unlike employees in other theatre chains -District Manager Dwight Morgan exercised authoritarian rule over his General Managers, allowing them little control over their assigned locations -Worked for the company for six years and yet I never received an official performance appraisal

- Easy to do (if properly trained) - Fun coworkers to befriend - Free movies - Laid back/fun workplace

Cons

- If the managers become too friendly with everyone, favoritism occurs - No consequences for poor behavior - No proper compensation for hard extra work - Culture and values are not being represented and respected
