Pros
In the location I was at, the people were easy to get along with.
Cons
Management never wants to be told they could be wrong or there could be a more efficient way to accomplish something. Several people are just collecting a paycheck and not doing the work or even showing up to meetings. They cannot be fired for whatever reason. The lack of communication between departments and the lack of understanding what it will actually take to accomplish a goal is incredibly frustrating. They will not expand departments that they need to to keep the work flow manageable, let alone get caught up.
