Very organized and well-run company. Management is approachable. Everyone on staff works hard and knows their stuff. Competitive salary and benefits package. Flexible schedule.
They have a solid group of some of the best people I’ve ever a) met and b) worked with. All around, the hiring manager really know what they’re doing and how to hire the right people for the job. While the work isn’t the most exciting or fulfilling, the people I worked with kept me around longer than I would have otherwise and if you’re lucky enough to get a job offer here just know what an honor that is.
Cons
If you know what you want you can get a lot out of it even if you don’t plan to stick around forever. If not, it’s still a good place to spend a few years. I have nothing bad to say.
