- They dont value the old employees, preferring to find new ones at a higher cost rather than motivating the current staff - Low salary - A lot of uncompetitive people

structured organization with functional processes my manager was great and very understanding possible and fairly easy to move up within the company if you are interested in career development usually low stress thorough onboarding that led to confidence while doing the work
Cons
lower salary the capacity of technical facilities sometimes wasn't enough for all the workers
