Pros

Some people are nice. Due to high turnover, none of them probably work at Registria anymore.

Cons

Registria has no values as a company. It seems they only care about bringing in revenue regardless of whether the client or project reflects what the company is trying to achieve. No one with any power cares about product or quality enough to improve things because the company has no real competition. C-level management doesn't care about employees as individuals. They seem proud to not have an HR manager, which is a bit scary. Maybe they should put someone in charge of HR, as the turnover rate is higher than most supermarkets. Expect at least 3 people to quit or be fired in your first month. Also, expect that you will be asked to do their work as no one will be hired to replace them. Oh, and the Denver office is a basement without windows. Hope you don't like seeing the sun while you're at work.

Pros

Other employees are great to work with somehow they are able to attract good talent

Cons

- C level and VP level Management is out of touch with employees. - No consistency any where ask 3 people the same question on anything related to the business get 3 or more different answers. - The issues with the company are high level but are blamed on lower level employees - Training is minimal and not comprehensive

Pros

they have a pretty cool office located in downtown Denver

Cons

I read all the Glassdoor reviews before accepting a position at Registria - it's now painfully clear that the positive reviews being left are by management and management alone. Employees are not supported, not given the tools they need to do their jobs, and are expected to meet extremely unrealistic deadlines. The several times I did talk to management about the issues myself and my team were experiencing, I was told management was "aware" of the issues, but "what are we going to do? I know xyz doesn't make sense, but we just need to get it done" (sentiment was repeated with all 4 managers I spoke with). There is a lot I could go on and say, but ultimately I'm not here to bash the company, just provide an honest review to those seeking clarity on Glassdoor for future employment. I've worked in a lot of crazy environments, but Registira takes the cake, hands down, for the worst job I've ever held. As a Registria employee, you will feel unheard, unsupported and well...just downright crazy. If you're looking to grow your career, this isn't the place to do it.

Registria Response

Thank you for taking the time to submit this review, we appreciate your input. We are sorry to hear this about this experience at Registria. We value all of our current and former employees’ feedback. We also acknowledge that as a growing and evolving company, there are opportunities for us to address concerns and to continually improve. We hire people with the hope, really an expectation, that it will be a great fit. Most of the time we have been able to get that right. Our retention rate is over 90% and we have many people who have been at the company for over five years. But it isn’t always a good fit. Sometimes the issue is with the company, sometimes there are just better places for an employee. Regardless, we wish the reviewer the best for what’s next for you in your career path and appreciate your feedback.
