      Pros

      If you are in, then you have a great time. Until you are out.

      Cons

      Do not upset the owners' families (who all work there and have their hawk eyes on everything). Also, watch the owners and upper management flash and parade around their expensive toys, new cars, family vacations, and everything else that might contribute to the shrine they are building for themselves. Good luck getting sufficient training for any position.

      Pros

      Fantastic people working in Sales, Logistics, and Compliance. Company pays half the medical insurance premium. High potential for international travel and trade shows.

      Cons

      The company takes on more than it can handle, and the business is ultimately run by the finance department. 80%+ of the company's staff is either related or has worked with each other elsewhere, and are immune to performance reviews. Company has a very high turnover - 4 employees are fired every 6 months with no notice or reason.

      Small company and very personal.

      Cons

      Very sketchy. Too many gossipers and hush-hush water cooler chats. Doors shut with secret meetings. Too much!!
