    Pros

    Fantastic fast growing industry, market leader, huge opportunities to travel the world and climb the Regus ladder! Every day is different, you get to meet lots of different people in various industries that you can help grow their business and share in their successes.

    Cons

    Not for those who don't like a fast paced role with face to face client interraction. Quite stressful at times but the end rewards are what make being with Regus so special.

    Advice to Management

    Keep growing and bringing great people on board!

    Good office locations and free coffee, good customers

    Cons

    Staff changes every month and reception is left with casuals, Billing Sucks, clients complain as they are hit with high renewal prices, managers can’t control price, process keep changing

    Care and support staff, look after them

    Pros

    Easy to get in. Enjoyed meeting small business owners and it is a rewarding experience when clients shows appreciation to your hardwork.

    Cons

    Really low pay. No incentives. Lack of social events for employees. Not even a christmas party. Mamagement treats their clients poorly.

    Pros

    You are in control of your time management, some team members and trainers were always available by Skype for questions, friendly clientele.

    Cons

    Little training was given for a role which requires a lot of knowledge as the trainers had so many other employees and their own centres to deal with. No help is given by upper management when it is asked for and when serious HR concerns are raised nothing more is done other than sweeping it under the rug.

    Upper management are catty and talk about employees behind their backs and often employees hear about their desires to fire them through the grapevine. All together a very tense work environment.

    Advice to Management

    Be there to answer questions and don't blame employees for safety concerns - hear them and help to create a safer environment!
