    Scale of their network, largest provider or flex space globally

    Cons

    Absolutely awful culture, archaic systems, their Community Managers are paid peanuts to do the equivalent work of an EA/PA. People don't matter, the only thing important to the business is the bottom line.

    -Some good workers and clients - free coffee

    Cons

    Everything else. I worked with no support for months, expected to pick up the slack with no training and no breaks. I was more often than not at that desk alone trying to make sure the place didn't fall apart. The current management is a real Mean Girl's-esque group that doesn't get much done because they too are under trained and understaffed. You are expected to train yourself because there is no one available to train you. On top of it all, any progression? None. If you get into a position as a CA you will not move, they value hiring externally over promoting internally. The salary is bogus - 40k as a CA and 50k as CM. If you're somehow promoted, you still get less than the new hires. Run for the hills. The bullying and wasted time and opportunity will age you horrendously. Average turnover is 6 months by the way, because that's how long the probationary period is and then you'll be stuck giving 4 weeks notice instead of 2.

    None - the only pro was leaving at the end of the day

    Cons

    Expected to do unpaid overtime, act as a debt collector, regularly not allowed to take a lunch break, sales managers constantly mucking up and expecting you to fix everything, customers are being ripped off. Operations managers are useless and it is unclear what they actually do. DO NOT WORK HERE - any talk of giving you progression is a lie, there isn’t enough roles.
