I have been working at Regus full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

-I have met some fantastic people
-9/10 times clients are amazing and I have made friends with them
-Nice views if you're high enough
-Free coffee if you're brave enough

    Cons

    - Your pay is low. Really low. You'll be thrilled for the first monthly pay until you realise you're on an average 18 bucks an hour.
    - No training. My training was with someone who also hadn't had training for their role so that passed onto me which has passed on yet again.
    - Upper management will fight you every step of the way
-The current system has taken power from the hands of CMs and CAs so we can't help the client - which leads me to:
-High turnover. I hope you're ready to make friends with someone only to never hear from them again after six months - since that's the average turnover
-Don't expect to progress past a CM unless you're a damn good salesperson - there's no where you can get without being real good friends with someone.

    Advice to Management

If crap follows you, check your shoes.
Maybe talk to the people who are affected by bad management decisions.
