- No work-life balance - Abusive leadership behaviors, negativity permeated all levels of organization - Unclear direction, constantly shifting expectations - Outdated systems leading to questionable business practices - Bait and switch on bonus and salaries - Building the plane in mid-air

Bait-n-switch. Base salary plus commission, but the commission was nonexistent and the base isn't enough to live on. Upper management completely ignores concerns, suggestions or complaints from customer facing employees and the customers, hard workers are not appreciated they are just expected to do more with little support.
