Pros
Nice showrooms, really great training, and nice, fun people on the surface -- isn't everyone? Great place to get your start in the industry.
Cons
Overall, in the broad perspective, the construction industry -- of which kitchen/bath design and remodeling is a part -- unavoidably attracts a lot of unsophisticated, under-educated and even ignorant people. But they would never consider themselves as such, of course. But they are, and you realize that when you leave and move on to more sophisticated companies.
