Great people and culture. Very good access to Managing Directors for an entry level role. Exposure to a wide range of investments. Overall a great opportunity for someone looking to pursue a career in investment management.
Cons
No formal training program - need to be proactive and intellectually curious to get the most out of the role. However, participation in the CFA program is encouraged.
