      Great Company Culture

      Pros

      Amazing place to work, left to do things your own way and the culture is brilliant, everybody's lovely. Can't fault it at all. There's targets and deadlines but no worse than anywhere else. I'm leaving this week because of another opportunity.

      Cons

      A couple of outnumbered semi-negative reviews here but I think it's just because the company are willing to take a punt on somebody that is changing sectors etc. which is shame, because it's actually good that they give people the opportunity to maybe discover they don't like sales or aren't that keen on PR haha

      Brilliant Group of People

      Pros

      Pretty much everyone in the team is lovely. Everyone is super willing to help - from the CEO down - and there's a general lack of egos, something which is rare in a sales environment. If you're good at the role, the commission structure can also be very lucrative.

      Cons

      No major gripes. Theres a little bit too much admin and duplication of tasks. Everyone mostly works from home so the office usually isn't thriving. I gather management are looking to address this. I've definitely worked in places with far more substantial problems.

      Pros

      I've worked at the Relations Group for over three years, and it's been a great experience. Management is genuinely supportive and committed to your development, always encouraging you to grow and refine your skills. The team is full of talented, friendly people who make the workplace enjoyable and collaborative. I've learned so much in my role, and I’m leaving with valuable experience that will stay with me throughout my career. A great place to work if you're looking for professional growth in a positive environment!

      Cons

      The only downside is that people often work from home so the office can be quite empty sometimes.
