Pros
The team is amazing here, everyone is super helpful and friendly. The work load is no more than other agencies. The firm believes in a meritocracy so lots of flexibility and ability to move up and learn. Everyone is super helpful. The CEO is super hands on and helps everyone really understand what they want to do.
Cons
Sometimes the client work can be overwhelming but the team is super helpful in prioritizing.

Pros
Company Culture is strong from the top down. Lots of room for mobility attributed to your interests and strong-suits. Get a lot of experience from day one and working with global companies making a real impact in the technology space. Hybrid schedule allows flexibility to both work from home a fair amount and connect with colleagues in the office.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve to working in this environment.
