      - I don’t have anything to add other than to echo all of the in depth honest reviews already written. This place is seriously toxic for your mental health. The only way to succeed is through playing the game and workplace politics, not by working hard.

      All the negative reviews are 10000% true. Do not be fooled by the 1 or 2 positive reviews here or there. They are all fake. If you are considering joining Relay, I strongly encourage you to carefully reconsider your decision. It will be without a doubt one of the worst professional decisions you will ever make. If your mental well-being and work-life balance are important to you, then think twice before accepting a position with Relay.

      Pros

      Great leaders, leadership tried to be as honest as possible, lots of opportunities to grow and own it. Leadership is constantly looking at the client and focus on creating actual value to clients.

      Cons

      Constant changes in the Risk org made the team to rely on super-hero work of the current manager. Start-up mentality to launch products and learn fast doesn't work well with lending products.
