- No career growth. They lure people with fake career opportunities, but you will remain stagnant on the same role. - Poor Management. They are overstaffed, yet they do nothing to improve the path that the company is taking. Example: They have a career counseling office, yet they only posts birthday messages and anniversaries on the communication channels… no career development courses or programs have ever been deployed - There is no action taken on employees that get reported due to bad performance, misconduct etc…

Even after u have free time u cannot take breaks, some team leads are very narrow minded , increment depend on how much good shoe licker u are or how good us ur client is , no growth , good if u have soe course to clear like cfa,cma etc
