Pros

Company is much more stable than when I started. Most of the people who work there are talented, dedicated, and great to work with. Turnover is very low.

Cons

Autocratic, uncaring corporate culture. Executive director values money and the company's mission over people. Most employees (especially people who have been there long-term) are overworked, underappreciated, and unhappy. The company is radically different from the face it shows the world. Management through intimidation and fear.

Pros

mission of spreading a good and wholesome message over the radio airwaves is great

Cons

Middle managers and HR staff do not seem to care for the needs of people out in the field. They have a guaranteed salary to support their families, and even the Catholic priest who is in charge of the company is able to support himself on what he receives. But the sales staff out in the field is treated like replaceable robots on a commission basis that is disrespectful of supporting a family. There is no loyalty to them. Those who get a salary are so worried about losing it, that they will sacrifice the people below them in order to protect themselves and their own secure salary.

Pros

Mission to grow the Church and the Faith. Hard working show hosts.

Cons

They will fire an employee in the blink of an eye without compassion or communication to save a buck. They aggressively seduce stations just to put other networks out of business. Their loyalty pledge to the USCCB is in conflict with speaking the truth. Management is disconnected with staff.
