Horrible Leadership and Terrible Culture

Pros

There are/were some great people at the entry and middle level working hard to build something.

Cons

- Inexperienced CEO with no leadership ability - ICC hasnt made any profit and has zero marketing decision-makers - No direction and constantly changing initiatives - Culture is always fear-driven and filled with gossip, eye rolls - Other people in industry lack respect for company - Hand out fancy titles to young people with zero pay increase or experience merit

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you did not have a positive experience at Relevent Sports Group. 2020 has been a challenging year for all industries, including live events. Despite the unforeseen cancelations of our tournaments this past summer due to Covid, Relevent Sports Group has worked diligently to continue its mission to grow soccer in North America and Asia and is well positioned to continue its long term growth.

A handful of qualified employees who actually cared to help create a solid, reputable company

Cons

Bright leadership with egos that stood in the way of trusting employees with actual experience and growth of what could be a strong, multi-dimensional company. Short-sighted in every aspect of work because upper management thought they knew everything. In the end of the day, the product was international football, but the company didn't do it's homework on how to grow a strong Media and Entertainment. Reading Management 101 doesn't cut it! Stop being blind-sighted by new VPs with ideas to change the impression of the company. Build something reputable first!

Pros

Most employees really care about soccer. A handful of good coworkers. Decent benefits.

Cons

Poor decision making skills and unfair preferential treatment at the top level. Lack of trust and respect in the office. Constant changes - zero consistency or ability to follow through on decisions, directions and promises.
