I started with the company in Sept 2020. As soon as the lady from HR phoned for my screening call, we instantly connected and I knew with even more certainty that I wanted to work for Reliable Controls. The interview process and the technical assessment was as you would expect and tested your technical abilities. Once I accepted the offer, the onboarding was a breeze, and I immediately felt like one of the team. The HR department made me feel welcome from even before I started, IT had me setup at home in record time with everything I could need, and the Business Intelligence team, which is my current department, ensured that I feel integrated. I love being part of the Reliable family.
Cons
Starting to work at a company during a pandemic is not ideal, so I have not been able to meet the people or work from the office. Hoping all of that will change very soon.
