      Pros

      They really do care about their customers and always go above and beyond for them. The employees work harder than anything. Some can appreciate the un-corporate culture.

      Cons

      The CEO is fantastic! His sister, on the other hand, is the most unprofessional member of any management team I've ever seen. Catty, gossipy, arrives to work in nighttime club attire regularly, and will drive over you with a bus. The pay/benefits are not horrible, but could always be improved.

      Great coworkers. Everyone works hard and WANTS to be there.

      Cons

      Workload is high, like pulling teeth to get a raise. Family owned so favoritism is very evident
