Pros

I left because there wasn't any.

Cons

I give 3 stars because majority of time it was great. However.... I started 2020 and was gone shortly after they sold company. Originally their philosophy was not to move forward unless it was good for client, employee and culture. Rob and Margie were the best owners, truly cultivated the hard workers. When they sold company, the new ownership expanded to an entirely other coast without having technicians to travel there. Thus, we had many cities to register for, but also had people already BUYING their generators. So that caused tons of stress and delays. During my time there, I was WELL compensated and promoted. Yet, the stress was too much, the new management too uncaring and the workload far above what we ever shouldve had. Original insurance had 250 deductible and paid sooo much for me. The new company doesnt have same insurance, but I remember thinking deductible was too high.

Pros

Colleagues are friendly and inviting

Cons

Benefits are abysmal and typical corporate pizza party over giving employees raises.
