Pros

Had a good FR manager who took the time to be nice and had effective communication skills. Accepted work in a given area of my choosing.

Cons

Fees are to low to allow one to have reasonable compensation for expenses and profits. Your fees will be about 20% of fee charged by company to carrier. Immense pressure on my supervisor for getting everything done yesterday. From what I understood, this company operates on the philosophy of hammer down on everything.

Pros

When you are in training you will get paid.

Cons

Heed the warnings of other reviewers. You may end up paying money to work for Reliable. You will be providing the vehicle, insurance, fuel, computer, printer, paper, ink, GPS, mapping software and more. You are expected to be well dressed and look professional. I didn't make enough to pay for my vehicle much less dry cleaning. Google "Reliable Reports Class Action Lawsuit". If I knew what I know now, I would never have taken the job. My opinion is that any positive reviews are likely posted by management.

Pros

I did like that you get to travel and meet great people. The job also let you make your own schedule.

Cons

Steady switching managers due to high turnover rate, not being appreciated and the damage to your cars. You put a lot of damage on your vehicle and the pay is just not worth it. Management back in the day was a lot better. The new managers in Georgia suck and wants to prove a point to someone. I had to leave before it got nasty!!
