      Fear Based Sales

      Pros

      Career advancement was pretty good. Although that was due to the huge turnover. Loved the people I worked with and my direct boss.

      Cons

      Fear based sales tactics (if you don't meet this goal your fired) awful upper management unorganized, seemed to have a new business model every other week

      Pros

      I love company products and customer service. Branches are very nice looking. Getting a job is easy. They have a lot of turnover so company is hiring almost everyone.

      Cons

      Very disorganized, policies are not in place and my be changed anytime without communication. Upper management is very unprofessional and you might get yelled for anything.
