BIG FM- Toxic environment with favoritism and demoralizing management

BIG 92.7 FM...Nothing pro about it anymore....Was a wonderful org till 2025 with visionary leadership, but not anymore... The new owner Sahil Mangla has replaced old efficient management with bunch of jokers. CRO believes in micro management and bashing of employees hired before he joined. You will be demoralised daily and feeling of dejection will slowly creep within. They laid off many worthy people just to fit their own people from their previous organisation. Many of experienced people chose to resign not compromising on their self dignity and respect...Total chaos organisation. Join and regret it later

1. You will not be praised for the work you do 2. lack of motivation 3. Favourtism- You close a deal , and suddenly you will realise, that client has been allocated to one of their favourite person 4. Blame culture 5. Toxic environment 6. Self respect and dignity at stake

Zero pros now with the new owner (Mr. Sahil Mangla).

Cons

Illogical people lay offs. No sense of growing existing people into critical roles instead the owner wants to place his people at all the key roles and has retained a few who can work at his mercy. Organization has lost its backbone and people are no more treated as humans.
