Cons

If you work in the customer success division, your mental health will have to suffer for it. I'm sorry.

Cons

Always looking to downsize teams at every opportunity by looking for unnecessary fault . You can be let go irrespective of your effort. Avoid the customer support team , it is tough there, a literal battle field. Limited promotion option. They open roles only to close it and not fill it.
