      Pros

      My coworkers are supportive and hardworking. If it weren’t for the employees at the “bottom of the ladder,” day to day operations would cease to exist.

      Cons

      Mid to upper level management pay zero attention to how their foundation employees work or feel. No room for advancement whatsoever.

      Pros

      Established organization -at the forefront of managed care has some interesting but not practical protocols .Encourages leadership development which is a good thing.Is involved with the community

      Cons

      Not patient centered,relying heavily on protocols,not customer oriented .Top heavy organization with too many managers .Run in efficiently.Has some legacy physicians who will hang around for obvious reasons .If the organizational structure does not change they will have problems attracting new physicians on a long term basis.

      Company Was sold to a Huge Evil Conglomerate

      The People are still good people

      Cons

      Sold to a big evil conglomerate worth well over 100 Billion in fluid assets not including real estate. They slashed the retirement plan in half. They capped all raises at 2%. They no longer sponsor local community activities. No more logos at DCU and never seen at Woosox like all other local businesses. Employee Appreciation Events - Canceled. Split the company in two to discriminate between workers and physicians without regulatory intervention. Reliant forced to divest its charity wing. Reliant lost its culture. Worsened patient experience. Increased profiteering.
