Decent pay, if you are popular internally then reward and promotions are quick
Cons
Below market payer, I joined this firm as a Graduate and it was the worst career move leaving a firm like Standard Chartered for religare....lots of restructuring happened in the firm within one year, graduate program is not structured at all...there is no base business ...political environment..senior management had no vision

Good work life balance (but unstable at best). No other pros.
Cons
Terrible Management and internal culture. Hence no scope for improvement. Very high attrition. Career stagnation (and often decline)
